1) There are still many underwater life that we still do not
know
Ninety-four percent of all life on Earth is marine, and two-thirds of all life is still a mysterious creature, and as humans study and discover new marine life.
2) The seabed is almost unbelievably deep.
The Mariana Trench is the deepest ocean ever discovered by humans. And if measured from its depth, it is equal to the height of Mount Errez.
This river is located in Cenote Angelita, Mexico. It is a
river under the sea that is found in caves, and if you dive to a depth of about
30 meters, it will become fresh water, but if you dive up to 60 meters, it will
become salt water. The view is like on land like in this picture.
4) More than 20 million tons of gold under the sea
NOAA Ocean Ocean research shows that there were more than 20 million tons of gold on the seabed, but even then, gold was buried in many rocks. And not less than 3 km below sea level, so digging under the seabed is not easy.
Eighty percent of all volcanic eruptions occur under the
sea, and the flow from each eruption causes the water temperature in the area
to reach 400 degrees Celsius, and some organisms can adapt to living in the
environment.
6) We can breathe until today, partly because of the sea.
The oceans are the largest source of oxygen in the world
because more than 70 percent of the oxygen in the atmosphere is produced by the
oceans.
7) The tsunami can be up to 35 meters
The tsunami can be up to 35 meters high or equivalent to a
12-story building.
Looking back at the 1958 earthquake in Alaska that caused a
tsunami more than 35 meters high when buried on the coast, it destroyed much
and everything about 500 meters from the record shore. The highest and also
recorded in history.
Antarctic fish can protect themselves from freezing from natural cold water. They have a protein called anti-inflammatory protein in the body that can prevent frozen starfish from entering and growing, as well as protect its blood from stopping the flow so they can overcome the cold.
